Digital projects rarely fail for lack of technology. They fail when no one verifies that what's being delivered matches what was promised, and that what was promised was the right choice in the first place.
That insight, forged over 25 years on both sides of the table, as a software architect across 30+ major projects, then as a director of technology strategy and AI integration, led me to found V.I.A. Having built systems, led teams and integrated AI into real products gives me the perspective to guide organizations in their technology decisions and shed light on what can go wrong in a digital or AI project.
V.I.A. exists to transform the way large-scale digital projects are managed, by establishing the verification, automation and traceability mechanisms that will one day enable objective certification of project success and complete visibility into its execution.
Active member of IA Québec's AI Brigade and involved in sovereign AI architecture initiatives, I act as an independent advisor and technical validator, by your side from initial scoping to delivery.
