It is no accident that people often speak of “orchestration” in digital projects: bringing together dozens of different professions and getting them to work with one another is indeed reminiscent of conducting an orchestra.
Digital projects and music both have something very mathematical about them. And yet, it is people who carry them. Musicians, like IT professionals, must practise their craft seriously, but they must also learn to listen to one another to stay in sync.
Olivier played in bands for years, an experience that shaped the way he works. Like a seasoned musician who can read music and bring everyone back to the same beat, Olivier combines the rigour of software development with the harmony of dialogue to lead digital projects that keep the right rhythm.
